But we don't even know if OP is running a HDD! For all we know, it's a SSD! Then, it doesn't matter how full the hard gets. Yeah, sure, when a HDD gets full, read times slow down as sectors fill up. You're trolling, right? Deleting files isn't going to speed up a computer any more than running a defrag program unless you've 100% run out of hard drive space. If these don't help, then I would move on to other ideas, like Malware, Viruses, and hardware issues. I have been doing this for 30 years as a technician and these steps are the first things i would try.
After doing these steps in the video, we will have covered the steps of getting rid of the trash that can definitely slow the PC down. CrazyGaston obviously only looked at the title and didn't watch the video. The video is about lots of different things you can delete and clear to speed the PC up. He has no way of knowing what your exact problem is, yet.
